Sydney McCourt is a visual journalist and freelance photographer born and raised in New York City. She recently completed her MA in Photojournalism and Documentary Photography at the London College of Communication and is based in NYC.
McCourt is drawn to capturing moments of intimacy and connection in the world around her. She uses photography and archive to explore the relationships between identity, community and memory.
